During the last negotiation round, here at Tehy we found our voice and made it heard. Next spring it will, once again, be time to make ourselves heard. Don’t be left out!
During the negotiations, it is important that your information is up-to-date and that we can reach you. Check and update your information between 31 December 2024 and 28 February 2025. Doing so will enter you into a competition to win an amazing electric bike worth €1,900!
How to check your information
Check your membership information via our e-services. Sign in to the e-services using your online banking credentials or mobile certificate. You can also log in with your membership number and password. You can find your membership number on your mobile membership card or on the back of the Tehy magazine.
You can also check your details in the Tehy app. You can download the Tehy app onto your phone via the relevant app store.
Check your contact information and update it if necessary
- Use the ‘Päivitä tietojasi’ (Update your information) button to check and update your contact information. Once the information is correct, click the ‘Tallenna’ (Save) button.
- In particular, remember to verify that your phone number is in the format 0401234567, without any special characters (+, /, -), spaces, or the country ID +358.
- The section ‘Sähköposti (ensisijainen)’ (E-mail (primary)) should contain your personal e-mail address. In the ‘Sähköposti 2’ (Email 2) section you can provide a work email address, for example.
Check your workplace information and update it if necessary
It is important that your employer and workplace information is correct. You can check this information by:
- clicking the ‘Ilmoita uudet työsuhdetietosi’ (Report new employment information) link in the ‘Oikopolut’ (Shortcuts) menu.
- Check that the employer and workplace information is correct.
- In the ‘Keikkatyöt’ (Gig work) tab, you must enter all the workplaces where you work shifts.
- If the workplace listing contains old employment information that is no longer valid, press the ‘Päätä työsuhde’ (End employment) button to update the record.
