How to check your information
Check your membership information via our e-services.
Check your membership information via Tehy’s e-services. Sign in to the online service using your online banking credentials or mobile certificate. You can also log in with your membership number and password. You can find your membership number on your mobile membership card or on the back of the Tehy magazine.
Check your contact information and update it if necessary
- Use the “Päivitä tietojasi” (Update your information) button to check and update your contact information. When the information is correct, click the “Tallenna” (Save) button.
- In particular, remember to verify that your phone number is in format 0401234567, without any special characters (+, /, -), spaces, or the country ID +358.
- The section “Sähköposti (ensisijainen)” (E-mail (primary)) should contain your personal e-mail address. In the “Sähköposti 2” (E-mail 2) section, you can enter your work e-mail, for example.
Check your workplace information and update when necessary
- It is important that your employer and workplace information is correct. You can check this information by clicking the “Ilmoita uudet työsuhdetietosi” (Report new employment information) link in the “Oikopolut” (Shortcuts) menu.
- Check that the employer and workplace information is correct.
- In Keikkatyöt (Gigs) tab, you must enter all the workplaces where you work shifts.
- If the workplace listing contains old employment information that is no longer valid, press the “Päätä työsuhde” (End employment) button to end it.
